JIU-JITSU

We teach both Brazilian and No-Gi Jiu-Jitsu at Tricore Martial Arts Gym. It's a dynamic martial art rooted in self-defense and grappling techniques. Jiu-Jitsu is immensely popular around the world as it boosts fitness, develops mental-toughness, and builds confidence.

Kickboxing is our specialty at Tricore Martial Arts Gym. It is a hybrid martial art that incorporates stand-up striking techniques from Karate and boxing. We also offer Muay Thai, a the traditional, fighting style of Thailand known as the Art of Eight Limbs. At Tricore Martial Arts Gym, we specilise in Kickboxing but offer training in both styles to develop well-rounded martial artists.

Our Tricore Soldiers dominated last year, attending 22 events in total. These include events hosted by Vibrant Sport, Knockout Centre, Ring Contact Fighting Arts, and Titans MMA to name a few. We are proud of our fighters’ achievements and can’t wait to see what they will achieve in the year ahead.
